If you’ve ever found yourself thinking, “I should have this figured out by now,” you’re not alone.
Many of the men and couples I work with come to therapy carrying that same quiet frustration. They want to live with integrity, build strong relationships, and feel confident about the direction of their lives. Yet something keeps getting in the way—patterns in relationships, communication breakdowns, addiction, loneliness, or confusion about what their role and purpose really are.
Whether you’re new to therapy or you’ve tried it before without seeing real change, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity and direction—not to keep you in therapy indefinitely.
Together, we focus on understanding the patterns and obstacles you’re facing and building a clear, practical roadmap for change so that progress actually happens in a reasonable amount of time.
A large part of my work focuses on men who feel confused, pressured, or stuck trying to navigate their role in a rapidly changing world. Many men were never taught the skills required to thrive emotionally, relationally, and internally. Instead, the struggle shows up indirectly—through addiction, loneliness, conflict in relationships, infidelity, or a quiet sense of dissatisfaction with life. My work is about helping men develop the clarity, integrity, leadership, and relational strength needed to build meaningful lives and relationships.
I also work closely with couples who feel caught in painful cycles that seem impossible to break. Whether you’re recovering from infidelity, struggling with communication, or simply feeling distant from one another, I help partners identify the patterns that keep the relationship stuck and learn practical ways to rebuild trust, satisfaction, and connection. With advanced training in marital and premarital counseling techniques, my focus is on helping couples rediscover the partnership that brought them together in the first place.
My Story
Before becoming a therapist, I had built a life that looked impressive from the outside. I pursued careers in medicine and technology, and by most external measures things seemed successful. Yet internally I often felt disconnected and unfulfilled. I struggled with anxiety, addiction, and challenges within my relationships. Despite outward success, something important felt missing.
Through my own experience in both individual and couples therapy—and through a renewed commitment to personal and spiritual growth—I began to uncover the skills, insights, and deeper understanding necessary to build a meaningful life and a stronger marriage.
That experience had a profound impact on me. It not only transformed my own life and relationships, but ultimately led me to pursue this work so I could help other men and couples experience the same kind of growth and restoration.
Today, I bring both professional training and lived understanding into the therapy room. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you develop the tools and insight necessary to create lasting change. Meaningful change was possible in my own life and relationships—and I believe it is possible for you too.
If you’re ready to break patterns, strengthen your relationships, and build a life that actually feels meaningful—not just one that looks good from the outside—I’d be honored to work with you. And if therapy hasn’t worked for you before, that may be exactly why we should talk.

“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law? And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
