You’re doing everything you’re supposed to… so why does it still feel this hard?
From the outside, it might look like you have it together. You’re in school or building your career. You show up in your relationships. You’re trying to move forward and do things “right.”
But internally, it feels different.
You might feel anxious, behind, or unsure of who you really are. Maybe you’re constantly comparing yourself to others or questioning if you’re “enough.” Maybe your relationships feel confusing, overwhelming, or harder than they should. Or maybe you feel stuck—like you should have more clarity or direction by now, but don’t know where to begin.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
I work with young adults, adults, and couples who are trying to make sense of who they are, how they relate to others, and where they’re going next. The transition into adulthood especially can carry a quiet but intense pressure to have everything figured out. Over time, that pressure can turn into self-doubt, disconnection, and patterns that leave you feeling stuck.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, prove, or pretend. It’s a place where you can show up exactly as you are—and be met with understanding, not judgment. Together, we’ll slow things down, untangle what you’re experiencing, and help you reconnect with yourself in a more grounded and clear way.
My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, Person-Centered, and Attachment-Based therapy. That means we won’t just talk about what’s going on—we’ll also build practical tools to help you manage anxiety, communicate more effectively, strengthen your self-esteem, and navigate relationships with more confidence.
At the heart of my work is a simple goal: to help you understand yourself more deeply, shift the patterns that are holding you back, and feel more aligned in your choices, relationships, and sense of identity.
My approach is also shaped by my own experience in therapy and the meaningful impact it’s had on my personal growth—something I bring into this work with both intention and care.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating—but it can also be the turning point.
If you’re ready to feel grounded and more like yourself, I invite you to reach out. I’d be honored to support you in this process.
