Insurance
New Beginnings Christian Counseling is an Out-of-Network provider. Many insurance providers such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Health Care, or Aetna have out-of-network benefits and may possibly reimburse for psychotherapy services. Please contact your member’s services number on the back of your insurance card and inquire about your out-of-network mental health benefits and they will let you know what portion of the cost for therapy they will reimburse for you.
We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments are made to reserve a specific time for you; therefore, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. The full fee will be charged for appointments that are missed, canceled or rescheduled without 48 hours’ notice.
