Mayra has helped me immensely address some ongoing anxiety issues I have been experiencing due to lack of confidence, feelings of failure and overreacting to minor disruptions and insignificant situations in my life. Mayra is a great listener and when I relate my life stories and answer her insightful questions. She responds quickly with strategies to address the issues I am experiencing, giving practical solutions to correct them. She reframes these issues into opportunities to develop patience, endurance and perseverance to handle life’s challenges no matter how big or small.
