Do you take insurance?
New Beginnings Chiristian Counseling is a private pay practice. We do not work directly with insurance companies, but we can provide you with a Superbill to seek reimbursement via your insurance provider for out-of-network coverage.
What are your fees?
Our therapy session fees vary based on the education and skill level of the therapist, session duration, and clientele. For an individual session with a Licensed provider, fees start at $180 for a 45-minute session, whereas for an individual session with an Associate, fees start at $150 for a 45-minute session. For a couples session with a Licensed provider, fees start at $205 for a 50-minute session. Associate fees start at $180 for a 45-minute session for a couples visit. We are happy to provide a reduced fee for young adults ages 18-25 who are unable to afford our full fee.

For us, Christian Counseling means that we are followers of Christ integrating principles from the Bible along with clinical tools to provide the healing and growth God has promised us. Thus, in our Christian Counseling sessions in Orange County, we welcome the Holy Spirit, integrate scripture and prayer in the therapy space.

Do you offer online therapy?
How often will I need to attend therapy and for how long?
Our clients meet with their therapist either once a week or twice a month. Duration of treatment is dependent on the nature of the concerns, the client’s level of motivation, the treatment goals, and regular attendance. Our goal as your therapist is to help our clients find healing, a supportive network, and to equip you with the tools needed before you leave our journey together, and to never keep a client longer than they need.
What is your cancellation policy?
We strive to provide exceptional care while respecting the time of both our clients and therapists. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice. The most effective way to cancel your appointment would be to cancel via your client portal, contact your therapist directly, call, or email us. Appointments that are missed, canceled, or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to the full session fee.
